The spiral chute can be divided into fiberglass type, wear resistant rubber type, and PU rubber liner type.
The fiberglass spiral chute has the features of high efficiency, high recovery, accurate ore separation, light weight, rust, wear and corrosion resistance, small occupying space, low water consumption, simple structure, no power, low operation cost, long service life, strong adaptability to the variation of feeding quantity, density, particle size and grade, convenient installation, easy operation, small investment, good profit. Besides, the friction of emery surface makes the mineral processing effect better than that of other plastic surface.
The even slurry is slowly conveyed by ore feed trough installed on the front end of spiral chute to the spiral chute surface for separation. The valve block intercepting through installed on the back end can separate the product into three kinds according to the grade of product. The intercepting width of products can be changed by adjusting the position of valve block. The concentrate bucket can converge and derive the intercepted ore current .The change slope change of cross-section is especially suitable for beneficiation of fine particle materials.
