Its core design lies in its "dual-action" structure and multi-stage separation process, which can effectively improve the beneficiation capacity and recovery rate.

Working Principle

 

This equipment, through its unique mechanical structure, applies alternating vertical forces to the water flow inside the equipment, causing the ore layer to loosen and stratify according to density.

 

1. Generation of Pulsating Water Flow: The equipment, through a transmission mechanism, drives moving parts (such as rubber diaphragms) in parallel back-and-forth, up-and-down opening and closing movements. This motion is similar to the principle of manual panning.

 

2. Ore Layer Loosening and Settling: When the parts close together, the water medium forms an upward flow, loosening the ore layer.

 

When the parts open, the water medium forms a downward flow. Under the action of "suction," the mineral particles concentrate on the screen and undergo interference settling.

 

3. Stratification and Discharge: Under the action of pulsating water flow, denser heavy minerals settle to the lower layer, while less dense light minerals remain in the upper layer, thus achieving stratification. Fine-grained heavy minerals can be collected through the screen, while coarse-grained heavy minerals and light mineral waste are discharged separately through different discharge ports.

Simultaneously, this structure achieves force balance, with energy consumption significantly lower than traditional equipment.

 

Simultaneous Coarse and Fine Mineral Separation, Multi-functional: The equipment is typically designed as a double-layered, multi-stage (e.g., three- or four-stage) mineral processing structure.

 

Upper Layer: Primarily used for processing coarse-grained ore, automatically forming a cushion layer for easy loose separation.

 

Lower Layer: Primarily used for processing fine-grained ore.

 

Multi-stage Process: Typically includes mineral processing bins with different functions such as primary separation, secondary separation, and recovery, effectively improving concentrate quality and resource recovery rate. Wide range of applications: It can process a variety of minerals, including gold, tin, hematite, manganese, and other metallic and non-metallic ores, and has a wide range of particle sizes that can be processed.
