Lab Electrothermal Blowing Hot Air Circulating Dry Oven

The electric blast drying ovens produced by our factory are of periodic operation type and are serialized in various specifications. They can be widely used in drying, baking, heat treatment and other heating in laboratories of medical and health units and other departments.

The working temperature of this drying oven can be raised from room temperature by 20°C to the highest temperature. Within this range, the working temperature can be selected arbitrarily according to work needs. After selection, the temperature can be automatically constant and controlled by the temperature controller in the box. Sensitive and highly accurate, it is very popular among users.

Structure

The box system of the drying box is made of high-quality thin steel plates. There is a chamber in the abdominal cavity, with two sample pallets attached, for holding the drying parts. There is an insulation layer between the inner chamber and the outer shell, filled with aluminum silicate fiber cotton and aluminum silicate fiber felt, which plays a thermal insulation role. The surface is electrostatic sprayed, neat and beautiful. The outer door is made of thin steel plate. The outer door interlayer is equipped with aluminum silicate fiber cotton and felt, and asbestos rope is pressed on the edge of the door to insulate it and prevent the temperature from escaping. This box is heated by an electric heating wire. The electric heater is installed at the bottom of the room. The temperature controller, electric blower and electrical wiring are all in the space on the left side of the box. The left door can be opened and removed for easy maintenance and replacement of parts.

This drying box uses the principle of air convection to promote convection in the indoor air by taking advantage of the proportion of hot and cold air. Opening the exhaust roof on the top of the box can change the indoor air.
