III. Structure and Working Principle


This machine mainly consists of two parts: a hammer crusher and a divider, which are connected by a base to complete the crushing and dividing function.


1. Hammer Crusher: Mainly composed of machine body, feed hopper, crushing chamber, main shaft, hammers, hammer core shaft, hammer core clamping plate, etc. The motor drives the main shaft through a V-belt, causing the hammers to rotate along a pre-adjusted trajectory to crush the material in the crushing chamber.


2. Divider: Primarily composed of pulleys, connecting rods, transmission levers, chains, shrinking adjusters, and dividers. When the motor starts, the large pulley on the eccentric shaft of the transmission unit immediately rotates. Due to the eccentricity and the connecting rod, the transmission shaft moves back and forth in the direction fixed by the guide shaft seat. The lever on the transmission shaft drives the chain, causing the shrinking adjuster and divider to slide back and forth. The crushed material is collected and shrunken within the shrinking adjuster and divider, and then enters the large and small material bins respectively.


IV. Operating


1. Start the machine only after verifying that all rotating parts are functioning normally;

2. Adjust the discharge port under no-load conditions;

3. Once the machine is running normally, feeding can begin;

4. Before stopping the machine, stop feeding first, and only turn it off after all material has been discharged;

5. When using 1/4, 1/8, or 1/16 sample sizes, operate according to the scale on the divider adjuster handle. The divider handwheel should be kept tightened;

6. When using a 1/2 sample size, first loosen the divider handwheel, move the divider handle to the 1/2 scale, and then tighten the divider handwheel. (The divider adjuster handle can remain in its original position;)

7. Before operating the machine, all safety protection devices should be installed. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to look into the machine from above;

8. The machine's electrical components and body should be safely grounded, and the power cord should be installed in an insulated conduit.
