This is an environmentally friendly sample preparation pulverizer, a sealed vibratory grinding device specifically designed for laboratories. It is primarily used for the rapid and fine pulverization of medium-hard materials such as coal, ore, coke, and building materials to meet the stringent particle size requirements (typically 80-200 mesh) for laboratory analysis. The equipment features a fully enclosed structure, ensuring a completely sealed process from feeding to discharging, effectively preventing dust leakage and complying with modern laboratory environmental and safety regulations.

Core Structure and Working Principle
The equipment consists of a main housing, a vibratory grinding system, a control panel, and a shock absorption device. Its working principle is based on the high-frequency vibration of an eccentric hammer: a motor drives the eccentric hammer to rotate at high speed, generating centrifugal force that causes grinding components (such as crushing rings and crushing hammers) to repeatedly impact and grind the material within a sealed grinding bowl. The entire process requires no sieving and sample preparation can be completed within 1-5 minutes, significantly higher efficiency than traditional ball mills.

Environmentally Friendly and Pollution-Free: The fully sealed design prevents dust escape. Some models are equipped with an independent dust collection system that directly sucks grinding dust into the dust collection bin, avoiding cross-contamination.
Precise and Controllable Particle Size: By adjusting the grinding time or changing the grinding bowl material (e.g., high manganese steel, tungsten carbide), uniform fine powder of 80-200 mesh (0.175-0.075mm) can be stably obtained with a standard deviation ≤5%, ensuring the representativeness of analytical data.
High Efficiency and Energy Saving: With a single processing capacity of 50-1000g, it features low energy consumption, stable operation, and is equipped with an electronic timer and a dual shock absorption system (spring + rubber blocks), resulting in low noise and suitability for continuous operation.
