Laboratory Denver XFD-12 Multi Grooves Flotation Machine

XFD-12 laboratory multiple cell flotation machine is applicable to used in flotation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals,non-metallic and coal that 35 mesh or less size fraction. It also can be used in float test on 125- 3000g flotation sample.

Structure

XFD-12 laboratory flotation machine is composed of the following main components: lifting mechanism, stepless speed change mechanism, body part, stator, rotor part and control switch.

All parts are connected to the column. The main shaft rotates clockwise, and the motor drives the impeller to rotate through the main shaft. Adjust the frequency converter knob to set the impeller speed.

The main shaft body is raised and lowered by the motor driving the gear through the gear box and driving the elevator to the desired position, and then press the stop switch. When descending, press the descending button. Because there is a travel switch, it will stop automatically when it reaches the bottom.

The trough body is fixed to the square hole of the base by four cylindrical pins under the trough bottom.

Note: When switching between lifting and lowering, you must press the stop button before switching between lifting and lowering operations. During lifting operations, operators should not stay away from.
