The XFLB closed-circuit continuous flotation machine used in the laboratory is a continuous flotation machine separation test with a small amount of representative ore samples. The test results can represent the results of the laboratory single-machine small-scale closed-circuit experiment and semi-industrial test, and can be used in a short period of time. Provide laboratory or semi-industrial beneficiation indicators. XFLB closed-circuit continuous flotation machine is a self-priming mechanical stirring continuous flotation machine. It does not need or needs a small amount of auxiliary equipment. The equipment configuration is convenient and adjustable, and it can complete the beneficiation experiments of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metals.

Structure
The laboratory XFLB closed-circuit continuous flotation machine is mainly composed of a slurry storage tank, a mixing tank, mini reagent-feeding pump, hose pump and a 1 liter, 0.75 liter, 0.5 liter continuous flotation machine.
Operation
1. According to the pre-programmed flotation process, select the specifications and number of cells of the flotation machine used.
2. Arrange all flotation machines, slurry storage tanks, mixing tanks, feeders and hose pumps according to the process flow.
3. Select the spindle speed according to the flotation requirements. The spindle motor is stepless speed regulation by frequency conversion at 50Hz. Rotate the control button of the frequency converter to adjust the spindle speed steplessly.
4. Arrange the water pump, power supply, ore storage and discharge facilities, etc.
5. Check whether the flotation machine and its auxiliary equipment are damaged, whether the rotating spindle is flexible, whether there is any jamming phenomenon, whether the telescopic adjustment of the liquid level has fallen off or leaked.
6. Check the direction of rotation of the stirring shaft and the flotation shaft, remove the belt cover, pull out the belt, turn on the power, adjust the motor pulley to rotate forward, that is, see the main shaft rotate clockwise, put on the belt and cover to work.
7. Before the flotation operation, the flow rate of the feeder should be selected according to the process requirements, the pipeline should be arranged, and the prepared slurry should be poured into the slurry storage tank to start the test.
