Double Roller Crusher

Double roller crusher is mainly used for medium and fine crushing of raw materials, such as coal, coal gangue, coke, limestone, sulfur ore, and phosphate rock. The crushing method is double-roll compression, and the compressive strength of the material being crushed should not exceed 800 kg/cm³. The machine is rationally designed and has a simple structure. It is widely used in sampling and testing in industries such as coal, coking, mining, non-ferrous metal smelting, chemicals, metallurgy, and building materials.

Structure

A double roller crusher mainly consists of a frame, body, roller section, transmission system, power system, and adjustment system. The power and transmission system uses a motor, primary and secondary pulleys, and V-belts to transmit power to the roller shafts, causing them to rotate and achieve the crushing purpose. The main function of the adjustment system is to control the gap between the high-speed rollers to achieve the desired particle size. After adjusting the gap, tighten the lock nut.
