Gold centrifugal concentrator is a new type of gravity concentration equipment for concentrating gold, silver, tin, lead. centrifugal gold concentrator successfully separates the minerals under the high speed centrifugal rotation of the bowl as well as pressured fluidization water.

Centrifugal gold concentrator can be used not only for placer gold mining, but also for hard rock mining to recover the natural gold, replacing amalgamation. It is also used to recover gold from the old tailings.

Working Principle

In operation, material is fed as a slurry of minerals and water into a rotating bowl that includes special fluidized grooves or riffles to capture the heavies.

Fluidized water/back wash water/recoil water is introduced through the multiple fluidization holes in the inner cone to keep the bed with heavy minerals. Fluidized water/back wash water/recoil water plays an important role during the separation.

Periodically, heavy particles(big gravity heavy minerals such as gold,iron etc) are trapped in the grooves/riffles/gratings/ribs while the light particles(small gravity light fine minerals such as sand) are washed away upward into the tailings.

The cleaning up cycle is 1~4 hours. And the upgrade ratio is up to 1,000 times.

If the water pump is connected to the control box, the feeding water,back wash water, machine start and stop, and the concentrates discharging can all be controlled automatically by the control box.
