The mineral processing process can be divided into three stages: pre-processing preparation, sorting, and dewatering.
1. Pre-processing preparation
This stage includes crushing (usually using a jaw crusher for coarse crushing and a cone crusher for fine crushing), screening, grinding (usually using a ball mill), and classification (usually using a spiral classifier or hydrocyclone). Its purpose is to separate the useful minerals in the raw ore into individual components, creating conditions for sorting.

2. Sorting stage
The ore is sorted based on its various properties to extract the useful minerals.

3. Post-processing dewatering
The concentrate obtained from wet beneficiation contains a large amount of water and must be dewatered before being sent to smelting. The dewatering stage typically consists of concentration, filtration, and drying.
After these three stages, the concentrate and tailings are obtained. With the development of society and the increasing awareness of environmental protection, tailings are usually required to undergo dry discharge before being discharged.
