Gold beneficiation equipment uses jaw crushers for primary crushing. Small and medium-sized gold processing plants generally adopt a two-stage, closed-circuit crushing process, while large-scale plants use a three-stage, closed-circuit crushing process. To increase gold processing capacity and tap the potential of our equipment, our company has modified the crushing process to improve the utilization rate of the ball mill. The main measure adopted is to increase crushing and reduce grinding, reducing the particle size of the ore entering the mill. The ground gold ore is then fed into a flotation machine for separation. The separated gold ore is then dried in a dryer to produce the finished gold ore.

2. It also achieves excellent flotation performance for even larger gold ores, effectively ensuring the suspension of these ore particles, promoting the dispersion and emulsification of insoluble reagents, and improving flotation efficiency.

3. The flotation equipment is easily adjustable, with backward-inclined upper and lower impeller blades and no internal transmission mechanism, resulting in minimal mechanical failure during flotation.

4. The gold mineral processing equipment offers strong flotation stability, effectively separating the slurry during the flotation process, eliminating any coarse ore residue at the bottom of the tank, and achieving high separation accuracy.

Gold beneficiation equipment is responsible for the grinding and grading stage of the entire beneficiation process. After coarse and fine crushing, the gold ore enters the ball mill for grinding. The grinding medium is steel balls, which have a strong impact and grinding effect on the ore, making the ore smaller step by step until it is ground into small particles. The finished products of grinding are directly sent to the spiral classifier for grading. The two equipment are linked to each other. The gold ore processed by grinding is directly graded. Grading can separate out decaying matter, mud, weeds, etc. in the gold ore and improve the grade of the gold ore. The advantages of the spiral classifier are large processing capacity and high sorting accuracy.
