I. Type of Hammer Crusher

A ring crusher, which replaces the hammers with steel rings, is a variation of the hammer crusher.

II. Safety Precautions for Hammer Crusher

1. In case of an emergency malfunction during operation, stop the machine immediately. Do not attempt to restart it until the malfunction is resolved.

2. Electrical equipment malfunctions should be handled by qualified electrical personnel.

3. When entering the machine for inspection, the power switch must be turned off and a "Maintenance in Progress" sign must be displayed. Before inspection, clear any materials from the top of the machine to prevent them from falling and causing injury. Before test-running the machine after inspection, the top cover must be properly closed and bolts tightened.

4. All safety devices must be intact and secure. The crusher must not be started if communication signals and equipment are malfunctioning.
