Working Principle: The jig separator machine creates a pulsating water flow by causing the water to move periodically up and down in a vertical direction. After the mineral slurry enters the jigging machine, the different minerals stratify vertically under the action of the pulsating water flow. Heavier minerals like gold settle to the bottom when the upward water flow is weaker and the downward flow is stronger, forming a heavy mineral layer; lighter minerals are carried to the upper layer when the upward water flow is stronger, thus achieving the separation of gold and other heavy minerals from lighter minerals.
