Introduction to the Equipment Composition of a Quartz Sand Beneficiation Product

The equipment in a quartz sand beneficiation production line is a combination, not a single piece of equipment. Quartz sand is a granular raw material of quartz stone that has undergone crushing and pretreatment. Because it often coexists with weakly magnetic minerals such as hematite and limonite, it severely affects the quality and purity of the quartz sand. Therefore, to obtain high-purity quartz sand, it needs to undergo beneficiation and purification treatment.

The main equipment for quartz sand beneficiation includes crushing equipment, ball mills, spiral classifiers, magnetic separators, flotation machines, and thickeners. These pieces of equipment constitute a complete set of quartz sand beneficiation equipment and play a crucial role in the quartz sand beneficiation production line.

The process flow of the quartz sand beneficiation production line is as follows:

Large pieces of quartz stone or quartz rock are initially crushed by a coarse crusher (jaw crusher). Then, the resulting coarse material is conveyed by a belt conveyor to a fine crusher (fine jaw crusher or impact crusher) for further crushing. (If the raw ore particle size is between 30-40mm, it is directly conveyed to the CNC sand making machine for crushing, without the need for primary crushing.)

If the raw ore is crushed to below 40mm, it is conveyed to the sand making machine for secondary crushing. The crushed quartz sand then enters a linear vibrating screen for screening. The screened finished product is conveyed to a finished product stockpile or a packaging machine for packaging. (The required fineness of quartz sand is generally between 0-120 mesh. The screening and grading equipment uses linear screens, and the screens can be replaced with stainless steel according to customer requirements. If a higher mesh size is required, a ball mill can be installed after the sand making machine. The combination of the CNC sand making machine and the ball mill not only increases the output of the ball mill but also allows for selective grinding according to needs.)

This quartz sand beneficiation equipment production line has a high degree of automation, low operating costs, high crushing rate, energy saving, large output, low pollution, and simple maintenance. The manufactured sand produced meets national building sand standards, with uniform particle size, good particle shape, and reasonable gradation.
