Some precautions for operating a mineral processing shaking table

(I) Pre-start Preparations:

1. Clean the bed surface of debris and ore.

2. Check if the feed holes in the feed trough are unobstructed.

3. Check if the diamond-shaped adjusting plate in the water feed trough moves freely.

4. Check if the gear box housing and all lubrication points are adequately lubricated.

5. Check if the support rocker box of the support rocker surface is adequately lubricated.

6. Check if the lateral slope adjustment handwheel of the rocker surface moves freely.

7. Check if the gear box pulley cover is tightened.

8. Check if the classifier, groove, trough, and pipes are blocked or contain debris.

9. Check if the sand-blocking strip is level and if the switches and fuses are in good working order.

10. Check if the motor and rocker body are securely fastened.

(II) Start-up of the Gravity Separation Shaking Table:

1. Manually rotate the pulley three times to check for smooth operation.

2. Only start the machine after confirming everything is correct.

3. Start-up sequence: Push up the knife switch and press start.

4. After everything is normal, feed slurry and begin formal production.

(III) Shutdown of gravity shaking table gold separation equipment:

1. First stop feeding ore. After there is no ore sand on the table surface, stop water supply. Then stop the machine by pressing the stop button and pulling down the knife switch.

2. After stopping, clean the table surface with water.

3. Clean the ground under the shaking table by shoveling, sweeping, and rinsing.

4. In case of power outage or emergency shutdown without prior notice, immediately press the stop button, pull down the knife switch, and rinse the ore sand off the table surface.
