What parts of a flotation machine should be checked frequently during operation?

During flotation machine operation, the following checks should be performed regularly:

1. Check the overheating of the rolling bearings in the motor and impeller. Generally, the bearing temperature should not exceed 35℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 65℃.

2. Check the tension of the drive belt. The tension should be appropriate. If severe wear is found, replace the belts in sets with belts of the same length and model.

3. Check the sealing of the oil seal rubber rings. Pay special attention to prevent grease from leaking into the slurry, which could affect the normal operation of flotation.

4. Check that all lubrication points have sufficient grease. If the grease is low, add it promptly.

5. Check the flotation tank for any other debris.
