A cone crusher is a machine used to crush rocks into smaller gravel or fine sand It works by squeezing the rocks between a rotating mantle and a stationary concave liner It is a key piece of equipment in mining and aggregate production
Spring Cone Crusher is widely used in metallurgical industry, building materials industry, construction industry, chemical industry and silicate industry, applicable to crush various kinds of ores and rocks of medium or above medium hardness, and cone crusher is of big crushing ratio, high efficiency, large capacity, low cost, easy adjustment, and used economically, etc. The reasonable part selection and structural design extend crushers’usage life, and the final products of uniform particle size reduce the cycle load, the medium to large-sized crusher, adopts the hydraulic clear-cavity system, reduces downtime, and various types of crusher cavity to better adapt to user's needs.

Working Principle
When the spring cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric bearing bushing via spring coupling, transmission shaft and a couple of cone gear wheel. The crushing cone axis is forced to swing by the eccentric bearing bushing, which makes the mantle sometimes close to the bowl liner, and some times far away from the bowl liner. The raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally crushed in the crushing chamber.
Main Features
1.Higher capacity and less wear costs.
2.Wide range of application suitability.
3.Easy to maintain, reduce the downtime and maintenance costs.
4.Stable running performance and easy operation.
5.Stable bevel wheel transmission device.
6.Balanced run out rotation ensures capacity.
7.Proper operation, continuously load until the machine shut down scheduled.
