Alluvial Sand Gold Beneficiation Process:

Raw Material Type: Alluvial Sand Gold

Equipment Needed : Trommel Screen + Jig Concentrator + Sluice Box + Shaking Table

Processing Flow Introduction:

1. The original ore enters the trommel screen to wash out a small amount of fine clay and separate the gravel or stone without gold;

2. The jig is used to capture large gold particles or gold nuggets of about 2-20 mm, while the chute is used to capture gold particles or gold nuggets again to prevent them from flowing out of the tailings;

3. The concentrate under the jig machine will enter the shaking table again to obtain better sorting effect. Since the concentrate still contains a small amount of sand and gravel, the use of a shaking table can effectively separate the sand and gravel from the gold and stone.

This washing plant is very suitable for recovering alluvial sand gold without sticky clay.

Please Note:

1. If the raw alluvial sand with a high content of sticky clay, we recommend using a Rotary Scrubber;

2. The  Sluice Box can be designed to different lengths and widths according to requirements, such as 2 meters, 4 meters, 6 meters long, 1 meter wide or 0.5 meters wide, etc.;

3. The processing capacity of the washing plant can be customized according to requirements, such as 20tph, 50tph, 100tph, 200tph, 400tph etc.
