Widely used in manganese, iron, gold, and sand mines, this washer features a robust trough structure with dual spiral shafts that provide strong cutting and scrubbing action. It is the ideal solution for operations facing blockages due to muddy raw materials.

Working Principle

 

The machine operates through a combination of mechanical agitation and water flushing:

1. Feed: Raw material (ore or sand with clay) enters the washing tank via the feed chute.

2. Agitation: Two spiral shafts rotate in opposite directions, lifting and dropping the material repeatedly.

3. Scrubbing: The spiral blades vigorously stir and grind the material, breaking down mud lumps and separating impurities.

4. Washing: Clean water is added to create a turbulent flow that carries away fine silt and dirt through the overflow weir.

5. Discharge: Cleaned coarse material is pushed upward by the spiral blades and discharged from the top, while muddy water exits from the tail end.

This process ensures high cleaning efficiency and low loss of valuable minerals.
