The mining vibrating screen operates on the principle of dual vibration motors rotating synchronously in opposite directions. This configuration generates a powerful reverse excitation force, compelling the screen body and mesh to perform longitudinal movements. This action efficiently throws the material forward in a periodic motion. As the material travels from the feed end, it is rapidly stratified; undersized particles quickly pass through the screen apertures, while oversized particles are conveyed to the discharge end, completing the screening and grading process with high efficiency. This design is engineered for high-capacity processing of ores, coal, and similar materials in rigorous mining and industrial applications.
